OUR STRATEGY
A. Oikos (Individual Target)
Oikos is the biblical (Greek) word for household or relational world. A person’s Oikos is the 8-15 people God has supernaturally placed in his or her life to build relationship with.
B. Generation to Generation (Generational Target)
We envision each generation rising up to lead. We do this by creating environments that target specific seasons of life where the Holy Spirit can move in his time to change lives for the glory of God.
We currently have three generational communities.

Classic
- A lovely traditional service with hymns and the Celebration Choir
- Primarily 60+ (Any age is welcome)
- Led by Bill Taylor and Dave Arneson

Journey
- An energetic contemporary worship where people gather to seek truth
- Primarily 30’s to late50’s (Any age is welcome)
- Led by Mike Popovich and Bill Magsig
- Lead teacher: Mike Popovich
Great Room
- A collision of music, art, and culture connecting people to God and each other
- Primarily early 20’s to mid 30’s (Any age is welcome)
- Led by Josh Kirstine and Nathan Baldwin
- Lead teacher: Josh Kirstine
C. Life Groups
Life Groups are small groups of people sharing life together with the aim of growing spiritually through authentic relationships.
Life Groups are the heartbeat of our church and serve as the primary setting for members to grow spiritually as they seek to live out the core values of ODC. A Life Group consists of 6-12 adults who are encouraging one another to mature in their faith while serving to meet each other’s needs. In Life Groups we experience care and accountability in the context of authentic relationships.
